About 713 Rent A Washer

We're a locally operated washer and dryer subscription service with hubs in Highlands and Magnolia, Texas. You get a full set delivered and installed, not rent-to-own fine print, with maintenance included so laundry stays at home, not at the strip-mall laundromat.

Service is still decided by the posted ZIP list, not the city name alone.

Real faces, real installs

We're adding owner and crew photos here soon. Letting strangers into your home for an install means you deserve to see who runs the operation. Until then: ask us anything by phone or text; we answer from the same corridor we serve.

Trust & business

  • Locally owned East Harris, Baytown corridor, and Montgomery County ZIPs we publish.
  • Legal entity and insurance details can be shared on request for property managers and landlords. Say so when you call.
  • ZIP coverage keeps routing honest; we don't promise statewide coverage we can't execute.

What you need to qualify

Checkout collects a service address inside our ZIP list and runs payment securely through Stripe. We don't advertise traditional credit scoring for eligibility. Your subscription is backed by the card on file, same way most households pay utilities and streaming. If you're renting the home, make sure lease rules allow washer/dryer hookups (we ask about hookups in the booking flow).

Delivery timing

After checkout we contact you within a business day (often sooner) to propose install windows. Peak weeks can run a few days out. We will be explicit when we call.

Common questions

Who runs 713 Rent A Washer?
We are a locally operated washer and dryer subscription service based in Highlands, Texas, serving the East Harris / Baytown ZIP corridor. You are not dealing with a call center in another state. Routing and installs are built for the neighborhood we actually drive.
What if I move mid-subscription?
Tell us before you pack. If your new place is still inside our published ZIP list, we can often move service with you. If you are leaving the area, we will schedule equipment pickup and close the subscription in a way that is explicit on timing and charges, with no read the 40th paragraph games.
What if my machine breaks?
Active subscriptions include maintenance for normal wear. Call or text Sean at (364) 370-4790 during business hours for routine issues. After hours, leave a message. We triage first thing. If it is urgent (water everywhere, electrical smell, etc.), still call: safety first.
I rent my home: do I need landlord permission?
If your lease regulates appliances or laundry hookups, you need to follow it. We collect install address and hookup confirmations in booking; landlords and property managers can get our contact and scope from the About and For property managers pages if they need paperwork.
How soon do you contact me after I book?
After checkout we aim to reach out within about a business day (often faster) to propose install windows. Peak weeks can push a few days. We are upfront when you are in the queue.
Is this rent-to-own?
No. It is a subscription: you pay monthly for the set and service while you are a customer. There is no rent-to-own balloon or forced buyout in our model.
Do you only install electric laundry equipment?
Yes. Our rentals are electric washer + electric dryer. We do not offer gas dryers and we do not plumb or vent gas appliances for this program.
Do you install stackable sets in closets?
No. We deliver side-by-side, full-size units. Stacked or stackable configurations are not part of this service. If you are unsure, text a photo of the space before you book.
How do delivery and access fees work?
A flat one time service fee covers delivery, install, and later pickup when your subscription ends in the normal way. It is the same amount for every customer in our published ZIPs and appears in Stripe before you pay. Stairs, long carries, or extra labor are quoted from your notes and site photos before we lock the install, not as a surprise on install day.
Where can I read your ZIP coverage?
See the Service area page for the current ZIP list and coverage map. Checkout validates your ZIP. City name alone does not decide eligibility.
Do you work with property managers or HOAs?
Yes. Portfolios and onsite teams use our For property managers page for scope and expectations. We can share COI or entity details on request for bigger sites.
Reviews or testimonials?
We are collecting written quotes from early subscribers. If you are already a customer and want to share a sentence plus first name and city, it helps neighbors decide faster than stock photography.
