Questions
Is this rent-to-own?
No. It is a monthly subscription for equipment and service, not a balloon payment or forced buyout path. You keep laundry predictable without retail rent-to-own fine print.
What is the minimum commitment?
Plans are offered with a six-month minimum. Same idea as other appliance subscriptions: predictable routing for delivery, install, and support.
Credit check?
No traditional credit pull for a score. Your subscription runs on the card you put on file through Stripe, similar to how many households pay utilities or streaming.
Do you rent gas dryers or washers?
No. We rent electric washers and electric dryers only, including a proper 240V dryer outlet for our dryers. We do not install or connect gas dryers.
Can you install stackable or stacked laundry pairs?
No. We install side-by-side, full-size pairs where each machine sits on the floor. We do not install stacked units or stackable laundry closets. Tell us in booking so we do not send the wrong crew.
Why do you ask for photos when I book?
We ask for photos of your street/building (so we can find you), your laundry area (where units will sit), and optionally stairs or long paths from parking. That mirrors how serious rental programs plan clearance and crew size, and helps us quote access fees fairly before we lock a date.
