We deliver and install a side by side washer and dryer pair with the same crew discipline we use on the East Harris corridor, now routed from our Magnolia hub when your ZIP is on the list. Pick a short term ladder plan while dates move, or lock six or twelve months when you already know your window.

What you pay at checkout

  • A flat $99 one time service fee on every booking, shown as its own line in Stripe.
  • Monthly plans: the same session includes your prorated first month before recurring billing anchors.
  • Prepay plans: the same session includes your prepay total plus the service fee.
  • The service fee is not refundable once delivery or install work begins.

Builders slip keys dates. Freight backs up. You still need clean clothes without living at the laundromat. How it works

  1. Pick a plan length on our ladder and used or new equipment.
  2. Book online. We validate ZIP, photos, and hookups before you pay.
  3. Monthly paths place a card authorization at checkout for the one time service fee plus prorated first month; we capture after delivery and your on site signature.
  4. Prepay paths charge the prepay total plus the same service fee once at checkout. Read the policy block below before you pay.

Prepay refund policy (summary)

Six and twelve month prepay plans collect the full term at checkout. Refunds after that point depend on whether work has started, equipment is staged, or dates were confirmed. We repeat the same summary at booking checkboxes and in email confirmations. Ask a human before you pay if a builder or relocation desk needs paperwork.

What if my closing date slips?
Tell us as soon as your timeline moves. We route installs around real availability and your photos. Short term ladder plans exist so you are not forced into a long commitment on day one.
How fast can you install after I book?
After checkout clears we review your ZIP, photos, and hookup confirmations, then propose windows. Many installs land within a few business days when inventory and crew line up. Peak weeks can run longer and we say so plainly.
Do I keep the set if I love it?
This program is a subscription rental with service, not a hidden rent to own path. If you want purchase options later, ask us in writing and we will be clear about what we can and cannot offer.
Do you cover Magnolia and The Woodlands?
We publish the exact ZIP list for checkout. Montgomery County routing runs from our Magnolia hub when your ZIP is on that list. If checkout blocks your ZIP, we are not the right vendor yet.
Are used sets cosmetically perfect for a brand new build?
Used means quality refurbished equipment tuned for rental life. Panels may show light wear even when mechanics are solid. If cosmetics matter more than budget, pick a new equipment path on the ladder.
What is the prepay refund policy?
Six and twelve month prepay paths charge once at checkout for the term. Refunds after that point follow the written policy we show at booking and in email confirmations. Ask us before you pay if you need a manager to read your builder or relocation paperwork.
Do you offer Spanish speaking coordination?
Yes. Text or email us in Spanish and we will coordinate dates and access the same way we do in English.
