Terms of Service

713 Rent A Washer provides washer and dryer rental subscriptions to residential customers, small businesses, and property managers in East Harris County and Montgomery County, Texas. Our services include equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, and retrieval. All rental subscriptions are governed by a signed Master Rental Agreement, which is separate from and in addition to these Terms.

2.1. ZIP code verification — Our booking system verifies your ZIP code before checkout to confirm that we serve your area. Completing a booking does not guarantee service if your ZIP code falls outside our current service area. If we are unable to serve your location after booking, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

2.2. Booking confirmation — Completing the online checkout process initiates a booking request. A booking is not confirmed until 713 Rent A Washer contacts you to confirm your installation date and time. You will receive confirmation by text or phone within one (1) business day.

2.3. Cancellation before installation — You may cancel a booking at no charge at any time before your scheduled installation date by texting or calling us at the contact number on this site. Any pre-payment collected will be refunded within five (5) business days. Cancellations on the day of installation after the technician has departed for your address may be subject to a $45 reschedule fee.

2.4. Delivery and installation fee — A one-time delivery and installation fee is collected at checkout. This fee covers delivery, professional installation, and functional testing. The fee is non-refundable after installation is complete.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your initial booking payment. Ongoing subscription billing is governed by the Master Rental Agreement and the standing payment authorization in that agreement. 713 Rent A Washer does not store credit card numbers on our systems.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 713 Rent A Washer is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the 713 Rent A Washer brand, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. The 713 Rent A Washer name and logo are trademarks of the Company.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Submit false or misleading information in a booking or inquiry
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users' access
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or collect data from the Site

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 713 RENT A WASHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 713 RENT A WASHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These links are provided for convenience only. 713 Rent A Washer does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that is not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration as described in the Master Rental Agreement. If you have not entered into a Master Rental Agreement, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County or Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by text or email.
