Apartments & property managers
Older multifamily stock without in-unit laundry is exactly where subscription washer and dryer sets remove friction for residents, and for your maintenance team when vendors are coordinated. Residents can choose flexible thirty, sixty, or ninety day paths, or six and twelve month monthly and prepay options, all scoped to the same ZIP rules as retail booking. We're building a formal partner program for property managers in our published corridors: volume installs, predictable documentation, and a single local operator instead of a national call center.
- Routing. Delivery and hookup scoped to buildings inside our published service area.
- Paperwork. COI and entity details available on request for qualified portfolios.
- Next step. Call or email with unit count and rough geography; we'll reply with a concrete pilot outline. Reach Sean (sales) at (364) 370-4790.

Program pricing and SLAs are finalized per portfolio. We'd rather under-promise on the website and over-deliver on the phone.
Property manager FAQ
- Do you serve multifamily outside your retail ZIP list?
- Retail installs follow the same published ZIP coverage as residents. We do not advertise statewide coverage we cannot execute. Portfolio pilots may still start inside the corridor where routing already exists.
- Can you provide COI or vendor paperwork?
- Yes for qualified sites. Certificate of insurance and entity details are available on request once we understand building count and geography.
- Are your rentals electric-only?
- Yes. Electric washers and electric dryers only. No gas dryer installs in this program. Buildings need appropriate hookups and side-by-side floor space for full-size pairs.
- Do you install stacked laundry closets?
- No. We deliver side-by-side full-size units. Closet stacks or landlord laundry centers need a different vendor.
- How do residents book?
- Residents use the same /book flow as retail customers. ZIP validation and site photos keep installs aligned with what your asset can support.
- Who do we call for a pilot conversation?
- Sean handles sales outreach. Start with unit count, cities/ZIPs, and whether laundry is currently coin, shared room, or none. We will reply with a realistic pilot outline rather than a generic brochure.
