Delivery, pickup and access
One time service fee (delivery plus pickup). We charge a flat one time fee on every booking that covers delivery of your set, professional install, and pick up when the subscription ends under normal terms. The amount is the same across the ZIPs we serve (currently $99 unless we publish a change). Stripe checkout lists it before you pay.
Stairs, long carries, two person moves. Paths that need extra time or crew may need a labor surcharge. Tell us in booking notes. We confirm scope before we lock an install date.

Service area FAQ
- Does my city name guarantee coverage?
- No. Eligibility is by ZIP code only. Many cities span multiple ZIPs; checkout validates your five-digit ZIP against our published service area. If your ZIP is not listed, we cannot schedule installs there yet.
- What does the map show?
- The shaded shapes are approximate ZIP areas. We still confirm coverage using the exact ZIP list below the map and the checkout ZIP check, not the shading alone.
- Why is coverage limited to a ZIP list?
- Delivery and install routing stay predictable when we do not over-promise geography we cannot execute weekly. The ZIP list is how we keep installs honest, similar to how appliance leasing routes crews.
- Is the delivery fee the same as the pickup fee?
- Yes. One flat one time service fee at checkout covers delivery, install, and normal end of subscription pickup. Stripe shows the amount before you pay.
- Do access fees apply inside the listed ZIPs?
- ZIP eligibility tells us we serve your town. Stairs, long carries, tight paths, or second movers may still add labor charges after we review your booking notes and photos. You will see pricing intent before we lock the install date.
- Will you expand ZIP coverage?
- We add ZIPs when routing supports reliable installs. East Harris and Montgomery County growth is on the roadmap. Watch the Service area page and checkout for the live list.
